No — never. Some platforms charge volume-based fees that increase as you roast more, which can become very expensive as your production grows. GiesenCloud uses simple per-team pricing with optional add-ons for extra Roasters. Whether you roast 50 kg or 50,000 kg per month, your base price does not change. We believe your software costs should be predictable, not a penalty for growing your business.

Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. You pick a plan and add a card to start — you are not charged during the trial. When it ends, your subscription starts automatically on the plan you chose. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges and stay on the free Essential plan.

Commercial and Industrial include unlimited team members at no extra cost. Starter is limited to 2 users — it is intended for solo speciality roasters. Essential is single-user. Once you outgrow Starter, upgrade to Commercial to invite your entire roasting team, quality managers, and operations staff.

Your roast data is always yours. If you cancel a paid plan, your team moves back to the free Essential tier and the paid cloud modules become unavailable. The Giesen Profiler keeps working locally on your roaster.
