What is GiesenCloud?
GiesenCloud is an all-in-one cloud platform for running a coffee roastery — live roast profiling, roast planning, green-coffee inventory, cupping and quality control, blend management, ERP, and real-time machine monitoring, all in one place.
Do I need a Giesen roaster to use GiesenCloud?
No. GiesenCloud is built around Giesen roasters: roaster control, AI roast steering and machine licensing rely on a native Giesen connection. Roasters from other brands connect to the Giesen Profiler with external PT100 or thermocouple probes, so you can record and sync their roasts. You can also import your roast history from Cropster or Artisan.
Is there a free version of GiesenCloud?
Yes. The Essential plan is free and includes the local Profiler with a live roast dashboard, custom phases, triggers and notes. Cloud sync and team features start at €29 per month.
Which devices and platforms does GiesenCloud run on?
GiesenCloud runs in any web browser, with a native iOS app for access on the go. To connect a roaster and log profiles, the separate Giesen Profiler desktop app (Windows and macOS) syncs everything back to GiesenCloud automatically.
