Do I need a Giesen roaster to use GiesenCloud?
No. GiesenCloud works with any roaster for profiling, planning, inventory and ERP. Real-time machine monitoring with Giesen Live is built for Giesen machines, but the rest of the platform is roaster-agnostic.
Is there a free version of GiesenCloud?
Yes. The Essential plan is free and includes the local Profiler with a live roast dashboard, custom phases, triggers and notes. Cloud sync and team features start at €29 per month.
Which devices and platforms does GiesenCloud run on?
GiesenCloud runs in any web browser and has native apps for iOS and Android, plus desktop apps for Windows and macOS. Your profiles and roasts sync across all of them.
