EUDR

Every green lot, with its EUDR record

A register of the green coffee you bought from suppliers: which lots have a reference, which still miss one, and how long to keep the record.

Available on the Commercial plan and up.

EUDR records next to your stock

The references live on the lots you roast from, not in a separate spreadsheet.

One register

Every green lot you bought from a supplier in one list. Filter the lots that still miss a reference.

Operator or downstream

Each lot records whether you file the statement yourself or collect the reference from your supplier.

Captured at goods-in

Enter the reference and verification numbers while you receive a purchase order.

Kept for five years

Each lot shows a keep-until date: the day it was received plus five years.

EUDR References

See which lots still miss a reference

The register lists every green lot you bought from a supplier, with its reference, the date it was received and the date until which to keep the record. Filter on the gaps and chase them with your supplier.

  • Filter on lots without a reference
  • Reference, received date and keep-until date per lot
  • CSV export that includes the lots with gaps
Operator or downstream

Your role decides who holds the reference

When the supplier is an import source, you are the operator for that lot and file the due-diligence statement yourself.

When you buy on the market, you are downstream: you collect the reference your supplier passed on and keep it with the lot.

Goods-in

Capture the numbers when the coffee arrives

Enter the EUDR reference and verification numbers while you receive a purchase order. They are kept with the lot and matched by reference, and the keep-until date is set from the day the coffee was received.

One file for the inspector

Export the register as CSV. Lots with a gap are included, so the file shows what is missing as well as what is complete.

GiesenCloud keeps your EUDR records together. It is not legal advice: check your own obligations under the regulation.

Keep your EUDR records in one place

Every green lot, its reference and its keep-until date, next to the stock you roast from.
