New orders arrive by webhook as draft sales orders. Failed webhooks are retried, and you can also sync manually.

Shopify orders create sales orders in GiesenCloud's ERP and sync fulfillment status back to Shopify. From there you confirm orders and can optionally auto-generate production orders.
