Agents that prepare the work. You decide what happens.
Four agents run on a daily schedule inside GiesenCloud — checking stock, planning production, comparing roasts to profile — and leave what they found ready for a person to review. Nothing changes in your roastery until you say so. Which agents you can run depends on your plan: all four on Industrial, three on Commercial.

Choose an agent, and it takes it from there
Three steps: pick an agent from the catalogue, it runs on schedule, its work is waiting for you.
- Choose an agent from the catalogue
Turn on the ones that fit your roastery — purchasing, production planning, quality watch, the morning briefing. Each ships with sensible defaults you can adjust.
- It runs on its schedule
Once a day, on its own, the agent reads your live data and does its job — nobody has to remember to ask it.
- Its work is ready when you are
Nothing an agent proposes is saved until you approve it. You come back to a short list of proposals and findings in your inbox, not decisions already made.
Not features. Colleagues with a job to do.
Each agent is scoped to one job in your roastery, and everything it does shows up in the agents' activity feed.
Purchasing agent
Watches your green coffee stock against open demand and supplier lead times, and proposes purchase orders before you run out.

Production planner
Turns sold orders into production orders and puts them on the roasting board, so what's sold has a plan to get roasted. Needs ERP, so it runs on the Industrial plan.

Quality watch
Runs each evening by default, compares the day's roasts against their target profile and flags what drifted — a second set of eyes, every day.

Morning briefing
One short summary each morning of what's happening across your roastery and what needs your attention first.

This isn't fine print. It's how the agents are built.
Every agent in GiesenCloud follows the same rules, whether it's proposing a purchase order or writing a one-line summary.
Why it's safe
Proposals are the default
An agent's work sits as a proposal until a person approves it. That's the starting point for every action, on every agent.
Autonomy is switched off
Every agent proposes and waits for a person. Acting unattended is switched off across the platform.
Everything is audited
Every run, and every action an agent takes, is recorded in the agents' own activity feed. Proposals waiting on a decision sit in your inbox until you approve or reject them.
A stop switch on every agent
Switch an agent off yourself and it stops there: no new runs, nothing new in your inbox. Need everything to stop at once? Giesen support can pause every agent on your team in one move.
